Atlas Group Return Policy

 

Atlas Group will accept returns under the following conditions.


Return Authorization

All returns must have a return authorization. Please contact our customer service department at returns.support@atlasinnovations.com. Make sure to explain the reason for return.


Product Condition

• All returned items must be in original packaging and have no package damage.

• Any used, damaged, cut, or altered items are not subject to return and are final sale.

• All items are to be returned to the address provided by the customer service department. This will show up in your Return Authorization e-mail.


Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 35% RESTOCKING FEE.


Shipping Conditions

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items and the original order shipping costs.


Credits

Credit for returned items will be either refunded to credit card if a credit card was used or applied to an account credit.


Return Date

All defective or unwanted items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Any items returned after this time period will be refused and returned to customer at the customer’s expense.
